A lot of people have been saying a lot of crap about the Indianapolis Colts. They say the Colts are going to lose another playoff game just like every other time they are one-or-two-seeded team. Well, listen here: it’s not going to happen this time.

Yeah, the Baltimore Ravens shocked the New England Patriots, but I don’t see them beating a team like Indy.

Also, a lot of guys have been saying the Colts care about individual stats more than they want to go 19-0. Okay, seriously, who cares about going 19-0, okay? Really? Yeah, I was rooting for them to go for it, but it won’t matter really. So what if you go 16-0? What if you lose in the playoffs, huh? The Colts will then most likely have too much confidence and think every team is easy.

Just ask the Patriots. They’ve expierenced it. They went 18-0, and loss in the Super Bowl. That could happen to any other team. The Dolphins are the first team to go undefeated in a season, and the only team ever (the Patriots count if it was regular season, but I’m talking the full season…including playoffs!).

The Colts will beat the Ravens. Listen, I don’t care if the Chargers won eleven straight, so what? The Colts benched their players in the last two games of the season. And seeing Curtis Painter play made Peyton Manning more valuable to his team, allowing him to win his fourth MVP award.

And Manning, of course, is going to play in that playoff game. He got Baltimore last time, how’s there a chance he won’t get them this time? He’ll get ‘em, don’t worry. I guarantee a win here. No loss. None, nada.

You don’t think the Colts know that the Ravens are going to run the ball on them? Of course they are going to know! That’s how they got those Patriots. But the Colts got those Patriots, and were trailing by about two touchdowns with five minutes to go until regulation!

The Ravens dominated the Pats, so what? The Patriots aren’t on their game. People are very hyped on this Baltimore team…and the Jets!! I mean, if the Colts didn’t bench their players, they would be hottest team entering the playoffs, guaranteed. I bet you.

This game is a win, folks. It’s a guarantee. Stop saying lies. You know you are. This is the truth.

Bryan Brackney of Reservation For Six noticed something I did when Tedy Brushci became an analyst on ESPN.

Here’s what he wrote:

Today I was watching Sports Center (I know) and I could not stand the homerism or stupidity of former New England Patriots linebacker Tedy Bruschi. Bruschi started flat when he said that the Jets could win the Super Bowl.

Let me start there. The Jets were getting crushed by an unmotivated Colts team in week 15. Even though the score did not show it. The Colts dominated the Jets on offense and defense in the first half.

I think the Jets will make it past the Bengals, but the Colts would just crush the Jets. In week 15, the Colts forced the Jets to punt on every drive in the first half when their starters were in. While Manning found Clark open, and Reggie Wayne figured Revis out.

If you are going to tell me the Jets hold a fighting chance against the Colts you are crazy. Some of the Colts starters did not even play in the first half of week 16. The next comment was the craziest.

Bruschi said the Patriots could beat the Colts in Indianapolis. The Patriots looked awful. They played all their starters against the Texans, and the Texans rolled over them. Brady looked awful, and if the Texans were any better the game would have been over at halftime.

It’s crazy. But Brushci did play on the Pats, and well, the Pats hate the Colts. Really? Jets beating the Colts? Listen, I can see the Jets passing the Wild Card but them beating the Colts, or even the Chargers? Get real.

And the Pats? Oh seriously, don’t get me started with them. The Colts were trailing 34-21 with like five minutes left and came back and won! This is possibly better than the Buccaneers’ game comeback.

Please Teddy, just stopping saying stupid stuff and not even thinking hard with your analysis.

The Indianapolis Colts look to strive for 14-0 on Thursday Night. And man, what a great week for NFL Network, eh? They got two undefeated teams playing on their channel, exclusively. They got the 13-0 Indianapolis on Thursday Night, like I said, and then the Saints against Dallas on Saturday.

But enough. It’s time to talk Colts. The Colts are going to probably rest a few players throughout the game, but I still think Indy can come out with a win. It really won’t be that hard, really.

I mean, I just can’t see a 7-6 teams getting at a 13-0 team, other than the Chargers in 2005. But the Chargers always get us (maybe not this year, though!). But this is Jacksonville people!

And then after that, Indy has New York, and Mark Sanchez always struggles. Then they end it with the Bills, which would most likely turn out as a win. The last three games look to be very easy. The Colts can get this easily.

Manning is only 95 yards away from 4,000 and one touchdown away from the big 30. Joseph Addai may be striving for 800-1,000 yards there, and Reggie Wayne is already having a fantastic year, and is well on his way to 100 catches.

Meanwhile, the only good thing for Jacksonville on offense is Maurice Jones-Drew, with his running. But David Garrard hasn’t even hit 3,000 yards yet, and only had ten touchdowns. And their leading receiver is Mike Sims-Walker. Let’s compare Sims-Walker and Wayne for a sec:

Wayne: 87 catches for 1,078 yards and 9 TD’s

Sims-Walker: 53 catches for 758 yards and 6 TD’s

Now tell me, who do you think wins this matchup? And Wayne wants 16-0 badly, as well as Manning, so you won’t see them benched. The Colts are going to move up to 14-0 people!

I am thinking of a score of 20-10, or something like that. It looks like a good game, and I am looking very forward to it watching it on TV on Thursday Night.

The Colts and Saints got a huge week.

And also, there’s NFL Network.

I was really expecting a loss after the Colts’ play during the second half. Peyton Manning was playing solid throughout the first, having three touchdowns and only one pick.

The Colts were up with a 21-7 score. But during the second half, it was all the Broncos. All I saw was poor offensive and pass defensive play. Left and right were balls caught by Brandon Marshall, who broke the NFL record for most receptions in a game with 21 (let’s hope T.O. doesn’t open his mouth up after this one).

With the Broncos trailing by five, 21-16, I thought they would do something out of this with the Colts having a bunch of three-and-outs, and worse: turnovers. Manning had two interceptions in the second-half, and was playing tremendously poor.

He was turning into a Mark Sanchez at a Patriots game.

At the end, the Colts won after the Broncos failed on fourth down, where Marshall caught his 21st pass.

Manning had completed 20-of-42 passes for over 200 yards with four touchdowns, but a depressing three interceptions. Kyle Orton, who is now 1-1 officially at Lucas Oil Stadium, was 29-of-41 for 277 yards with two touchdowns and one pick.

Joseph Addai had an okay rushing performance with 67 yards on 16 carries. Mike Hart brought heroics to the Colts in the fourth quarter, and had nine carries for 28 yards in the game. Compared to the Broncos, Knowshon Moreno either had a bunch of long runs or a bunch of losses in the backfield. He had 23 carries for 63 yards.

Back to Marshall, who I mentioned had 21 catches, and another career-high of 200 yards with two touchdowns. No doubt that was his best game. Dallas Clark was the leader for Indiana with five catches for 43 yards. What made the difference was his three touchdown catches.

It was a well-played game by the Colts, who bounced back. The Colts now move to 13-0, three games away from perfection. They’ll be facing the Jaguars, Jets, and Bills next. Two of the teams have won seven games, and the other only four.

Those could be very easy wins. The toughest may be against Jacksonville. The Colts also broke two records, winning their 22nd straight game: most in NFL history. Also, Jim Caldwell has the best start of any rookie head coach in history, starting out with a staggering 13-0 record.

Glad Dungy hired him.

The Colts are just a few steps away from perfection. I just hope they reach it.

The Indianapolis Colts recently just placed backup quarterack Jim Sorgi on IR. That just leaves more help for Curtis Painter, who has been playing football in Indiana for pretty much his whole life.

Painter has just now moved up to the second spot in the depth chart behind Peyton Manning (who would replace him?).

“I guess it moves me up. Now I’m one step away instead of two,” Painter told the Indianapolis Star. “It changes in that sense, but not really, because in this league you’ve got to be ready at any time. So I’ve really tried to take that approach the whole time.”

Painter had thrown for 381 passing yards and completed almost 60 percent of his passes in the preseason. If the Colts move to 13-0, they might have home-field advantage.

And if that happens, Indiana might bench their players, which would leave playing time for Painter. I like to see what Painter has. I think he looks like a good backup.

But Jim Sorgi may be in trouble.

The Colts had this game right from the start. It was just an easy game. Although the Titans were on a five-game winning-streak, and looking dangerous, the Colts were on a eleven-game winning-streak, and counting, as they move on to 12-0.

Joseph Addai played well, scoring the team’s first touchdown, and having another one, along with 79 yards.

Peyton Manning threw for 270 yards along with a touchdown. Vince Young played well, and was looking to for a win after playing his best game of his career just last week against the Arizona Cardinals. He passed for 241 yards with two touchdowns and one pick.

The Titans had a lot of chances to win this game. They had wasted opportunities in the red zone, and the score should have been much tighter. Nate Washington had a chance to put up a long, and easy, touchdown, but turned into Braylon Edwards on that play, dropping a wide-open long-ball that could’ve been an easy six points.

Vince Young also could’ve closed out the game on the Titans’ last drive. He overthrew what I believe was Nate Washington, and it could have been a first down as the Titans would be in the red zone. But it was turnover on downs.

Chris Johnson had 27 carries for 113 yards, and will need to play really hard in the next few games if he wants to beat Eric Dickerson’s record, or even reach 2,000 yards for that matter.

Mike Hart, a star at Michigan, played pretty good with 11 yards on four carries, along with two catches and 27 yards. Pierre Garcon had a career-night with six catches for 136 yards.

This win also is the 21st consecutive regular season win. One more, and they break the record. Indianapolis will face the Denver Broncos next week, as the Colts look to chase perfection.

The Titans are still in the hunt, but it is going to be extremely tough making that Wild Card spot with two teams holding the spot with much better records than them.

Here is the playoff picture for the AFC so far:

Colts

Bengals

Chargers

Patriots

Broncos

Jaguars

In the hunt:

Jets

Dolphins

Texans

Titans

Steelers

Ravens

It’s going to be a tough race to the playoffs.

But what matters is that the Colts won, and it’s time to get ready for next week.

The Colts played a real tough game, facing the Houston Texans. With this win, and a Jaguars loss to the 49ers, they would clinch the AFC South. They had to go 16-0, and right now, at 10-0, they were on their way. If they go 11-0 after this victory, there’s a chance.

Well, in the first quarter, it didn’t look like that at lot. On the first drive for Houston, they made Indy look like the Browns. They couldn’t tackle, and they were even paying attention of what was going on. Andre Johnson made a huge catch to go into Indy’s territory. Then, Matt Schaub made a fake run to his back, and wide open was fullback Vonta Leach for a touchdown. He didn’t drop the pass, and Houston was now up 7-0.

For the Colts, their first drive was nothing compared to Houston. They failed miserably, only getting one first down, and then just like that, it was three-and-out. The punt was away to Jacoby Jones, trying to make something out of the play. Nothing.

For the next drive with Houston, it was just like the first one: Just making the Colts look like the worst team instead of best. Houston was acting like they’ve been beating Indianapolis for years, but they’ve only gotten one win their team’s history against them. So there was Schaub, and there was his running game. Chris Brown and Steve Slaton were looking great. And they capped it off with a touchdown. At the end of the quarter, it was 14-0, and that looks like a lead the Colts should have.

In the second quarter, things were going a bit towards Indy’s side, and they were marching back. But not enough, Houston was still up 20-7. It seemed over to me, but I thought the Colts could come back. I mean, they’ve faced deficits worse than this, like when they were trailing 31-14 that one time against New England.

In the third, the Colts were coming back with a touchdown to Reggie Wayne. It was now 20-14, and the Colts were actually coming back. They actually were. This was not expected. But they were, making a comeback. I don’t think Houston fans saw it coming, but they were in for it. The Texans can lose this. But they are hungry for the playoffs, and at 5-5, they needed to win this. If they do and the Jags lose, I think they might be second in the AFC South. But if they lose and the Titans win, they’ll be last in their division. Just like the old days. So now, they need to act fast.

They didn’t, and the Colts were making a difference. It started off with a touchdown to Dallas Clark, as it was a 21-20 lead. Then came Clint Session, intercepting a pass and going all the way for a touchdown. 28-20, Colts. From 17-0 deficit to a 35-20 lead after a 23-yard-touchdown run by Chad Simpson, the Colts were proving they can win games.

The Colts won, even though the Texans made a touchdown at the end. But with 18 seconds left in the game–and with the time left resembling Manning’s number–it was over. And it actually was.

The Colts have won 20 straight NFL games, and will make history if they win one more. And if they win another one to go 13-0, they’ll make NFL history for most regular season wins in a row. Aiming for 16-0, heck, it might work. I am waiting. It looks like a good chance. The Saints and Colts both have great chances of reaching this.

So let’s cheer on them Colts, they are making history.

The Colts did the impossible. It was just too hard to believe, really. One of the most surprising things I have ever seen.

Here I was, at the Colts-Patriots game in Lucas Oil Stadium. Man, it was magnificent. The architecture was just perfect. Looking at this stadium, man, I just couldn’t believe what that Dallas Cowboys’ hyped stadium would be like.

Damn.

The place was just beautiful. As I was watching the players practice in my Pierre Garcon No. 85 jersey, it was just cool. I never really had a fond memory of my last two Colts’ games, since they dated back to the RCA Dome days in 2004 and 2006.

But this place was just…awesome. The fanbase was strong. Any Patriots fan they saw in downtown, they’d cuss them out and say all kinds of stuff. The Patriots fans have never seen, or even expected, so much hostility.

But hey, welcome to Indiana, Boston boys.

This our house. As I was walking down to Lucas Oil Stadium, guys everywhere selling all kinds of crap. From New England Sucks towels to New England Sucks shirts, and what’s most surprising: A F*** New England Shirt with a giant middle finger.

Really, all of this was just hilarious.

With minutes to go for the game, a Patriots fan ran on to the field making trouble. All painted red, the security tried to get him. But the man hurdled both of them, what do you know, Colts mascot “Blue” comes in and knocks him out.

I could’ve sworn that had been Gary Brackett in that suit.

And like I said, these fans were really serious about their team. Whenever the Patriots were mentioned or even one player, it was always going to be a “Boo!” no matter what. At any cost, at least one boo had to be made for New England.

Coin toss, Patriots mentioned. Boo! Patriots win coin toss. BOO! They kick it off to the Colts! Not many boos, but a little “hurray!”

The first drives for both teams didn’t play out well. But on the second drive for the Colts, they drove 70 yards down the field capping it off a 15-yard-touchdown pass to Joseph Addai.

It was great there, and not just because I was on big screen twice!

But the Patriots came back with a Laurence Maroney touchdown. The Colts then failed throughout the second quarter, as they kept punting and punting.

Austin Collie and Pierre Garcon kept dropping balls.

It seemed that Manning would never throw to Reggie Wayne or Dallas Clark at all. At halftime, it was 24-14, Patriots. The Colts had a chance of coming close within one possession for a 24-17 deficit or 24-21 deficit.

But Austin Collie missed a wide open pass down the middle. If he had caught that, he would have taken it to the house easily.

But, it seemed like he ate something buttery before the game. Same with Garcon.

Third quarter, nothing really happened. Just strong defense and horrible offense for Indy.

So, as we enter the fourth quarter, things started to get worse. Here were the Patriots, in the red zone. And what do you know? They score an easy touchdown pass to Mr. Randy Moss.

31-14, Pats.

Yep, this looked just about over. But then, hope came. Pierre Garcon finally caught a pass after like 15 drops. He made a 29-yard touchdown to get the Colts within ten points, 31-21.

The Patriots then kicked a field goal to give it a 13-point lead, 34-21.

The fans were still in their seats. They didn’t give up. Manning was looking strong on the next drive. But then, from about the 30-yard-line in their own territory, Manning was going long to Wayne.

He threw. Wayne went to the right and didn’t see the ball coming.

Intercepted. It seemed that Manning threw it right to him.

That’s when seats were starting to get emptied inside the stadium. I didn’t want to give up. I told my sister, dad, and cousin to stay. We can’t give up now. With four minutes left, the Colts had to do something.

They did.

They were back in the game with a Joseph Addai touchdown to be within six, 34-28. With two minutes left in the game, the Patriots were going to do what they are at best.

Either running up the score or run out the clock with the little Brady heroics.

The Colts played strong on defense, stopping the Pats on third down within New England’s territory. What you gonna do, Pats? It seemed like they were about to punt. Or wait, go for it?

Timeout, Pats.

They were going for it. Bill Belichick, seriously? From a coach like you, even I wouldn’t do that. What if you guys fail on fourth and two. Then the Colts are on 37-yard-line in your territory.

They went for it. And they got stopped. Fans were cheering like crazy, and my ears were about to bleed. But the bleeding looked like it wasn’t going to stop.

The Colts had the ball and drove down the field. Joseph Addai then got the ball and ran it up to the one-yard line. So close to the touchdown! The Colts then ran it again.

Stopped.

With the clock winding down, the Colts got a hurry-up and Manning to threw a quick, short pass to Reggie Wayne. TOUCHDOWN! The Colts are up ahead, 35-34 with 13 seconds left in the game!

This was just too good!

I was high-fiving everybody. This couldn’t be true at all! But it was. The Patriots got the ball. Brady tried to do his little heroics again. Belichick must have been pissed off. He probably was.

Brady threw the ball, and I knew it was over. He threw a 20-yard-pass to Wes Welker. Welker was about to get tackled to what I believe was by Antoine Bethea. Welker tried to pass it back to one of his teammates but it fell on the turf and the Colts recovered.

They won.

Man. This is like the Buccaneers-Colts game a couple of years back all over again when the Colts made a huge comeback in the fourth quarter. Well, with Peyton Manning, they did it again.

The Colts won this game. Everyone believed in the Patriots. No, it’s time to stop. Right now, this is Colts’ country.

The Colts actually had won this! It was just amazing. This game is going to stay for a long time in my memory. Right now, I believe the Colts have to be better than the Saints.

They just have to be if they played a game like this.

The Colts: 9-0!

They made the impossible look possible.

And they never gave up.

And neither did I on them.

Because I believe in blue!
